BOOLISH is a market E-Sport: live prices become the arena for single and multiplayer competition.

Single-player League

League Score

League matches last for 15 minutes (30 ticks) and are the official BOOLISH format. League matches put you against the League Bot, an automatic player that will play in the same live market window as you and execute a fixed strategy. Your League Score is determined by how well you perform against the League Bot.

League Rankings

Your Score will determine your daily and weekly League Ranking: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master and Grandmaster. There can only be one Grandmaster and two Masters per day.

Multiplayer Lobbies

Host your community

Host up to 10 players in a public or private lobby, then paste its invite link to your community and decide who is the ultimate trader.

League or Custom Formats

Host the official League format to be eligible for rankings or play your way with other custom formats like Turbo (5min) and Quick (10min) matches.

Opening a Trade

Basics

Coin

Pick the price chart you want to trade. Coins rotate every 10 ticks.

Direction: LONG / SHORT

LONG profits when price rises; SHORT profits when it falls. Keeping multiple trades in the same direction gives SYNC bonuses.

Changing direction

Direction is locked after opening, but using the Pivot item can reverse it.

Risk Profiles

All coins have a calibrated base price sensitivity applied to them, but only EDGE/DEGEN/TURBO positions have a Funding cost and can be liquidated. All collateral and Yield on the position are lost once liquidated.

SPOT

Leverage 1x Funding 0%

Costs no Funding and cannot be liquidated. Pays 4% Collateral per tick as Yield.

EDGE

Leverage 2x Funding 4%

Balanced leveraged exposure.

DEGEN

Leverage 3x Funding 6%

Highest leverage allowed when opening a trade.

TURBO

Leverage 4x Funding 8%

Maximum danger. Can only be activated via the Turbo item.

Position Collateral

Balance Used

The position's Collateral amount is automatically defined based on your Board Tier and total board capital. Your board capital is the sum of all of your collateral currently on the board plus your current Balance. If your current balance is below the maximum allowed for your Board Tier, your current Balance will be used, subject to the $1,000 minimum amount.

Practical Examples

In Tier I, you have only one position slot, so the Balance Used will always be 100% of your capital, meaning all of your Balance will be used when opening a position. In Tier II, new positions will use 50% of your total capital, meaning if you have a total of 20k, new trades will have at most 10k collateral, even if you have the entire 20k available in your Balance. This becomes 33% in Tier III and 25% in Tier IV.

Reload and Rebalance

Reload item allows you to stack up to 2x your maximum allowed Collateral per position, this means that given you have enough available Balance you can have a Tier IV position stack up to 50% of your board capital. The Support role's ultimate Rebalance automatically refills all positions up to your maximum allowed Collateral, starting from the lowest ones first.

Reading a Position

Price Return

The profit or loss produced by the coin's real live-market price movement, amplified by the position's risk profile.

Yield

Game-generated value attached to the position by roles and items. It adds to the amount realized when the position closes but can be withdrawn early from the position via the HODL item.

Funding

The per-tick carrying cost of riskier profiles: EDGE, DEGEN and TURBO. Funding reduces Total Return and contributes to liquidation pressure. Funding can be converted into Price Return via Send It item and into Yield via HODL item.

Total Return

Price Return plus Yield and Funding. This is the position's complete result before any close-specific effects resolve.

Health

Health measures the room before liquidation. Price losses influence it by 1:1 (1% loss = 1% less Health) and accumulated Funding reduce it by 1:2 (1% Funding = 2% less Health). SPOT positions cannot be liquidated. The REKT item flips a liquidation into a profitable close.

Roles and traits

Coins have a role: Carry, Spike, Nexus, Support, or Reactor. Its role defines a three-trait line, unlocked progressively by Board Tier. Tier I and II traits are passive, and the Tier III is the active ultimate.

Sync

2 positions in the same direction (long/short) activate Sync. Long Sync increases Yield by 2.5% per synced position; Short Sync improves profitable closes by 10% per synced position.

Once per position: adds collateral up to 2x the maximum used balance to a position. Also restores 2 closes to the board.

YOLO

RISK RETURN

Roll either -20% or +20% of collateral as instant Price Return.

BOUNCE

RESCUE RETURN

Arms a permanent trigger on the position: if Price Return falls by 20%, it gains 60% to Price Return.

FARM

YIELD

Gain 5% Collateral as Yield each tick for 3 ticks.

HODL

YIELD FUNDING

Transfers all Yield from the position to Balance. Also resets Funding and converts 50% of that value into Yield each tick for 3 ticks. Consumes one Close.

TURBO

RISK FUNDING

Set the position to TURBO at 4x price volatility with 8% of collateral as Funding per tick.

SEND IT

FUNDING RETURN

Converts 100% of accumulated Funding into positive Price Return.

RUG

RISK RETURN

Subtracts 10% from Price Return, then adds the same amount to your Balance.

REKT

RESCUE

If liquidated, closes the position and gains 110% collateral as Balance. Funding is multiplied by 2x while armed.

Carry

Drip

Gains 5% Collateral as Yield per tick.

Conviction

Positive Price Return from items is duplicated as Yield over 3 ticks and negative Price Return from items is duplicated as Funding over 3 ticks.

Stake

When active, gives +50% Yield and +50% Funding. Pivot and Blowoff are unavailable while staked. Can deactivate via Unstake after 1 tick; unstaking takes 2 ticks.

Spike

Finisher

Closes with positive Price Return gain a 20% additive bonus.

Fresh Clip

Restores one Close at the start of each tick.

Killshot

Spend 3 Closes to add 50% bonus when Price Return is positive, convert negative Price Return into positive Price Return, clear Funding, and close.

Nexus

Catalyst

Item uses add 5% of collateral to Price Return before the item resolves.

Snapback

At start of tick, turn negative Price Return into 50% positive Price Return

Extract

Receive 100% of positive Price Return to Balance and retain 50% on the position.

Support

Signal

Counts this position as 2 positions for Sync in its direction.

Resonance

Counts this position for both Long and Short Sync.

Rebalance

Equally distribute current Balance to all open positions, filling the lowest collateral positions first. Also temporarily counts this Support as 3 positions for Sync for 2 ticks. Has a 4-tick cooldown.

Reactor

DEGEN positions are converted to TURBO automatically

Volatility

Stores 50% of raw market Price Return movement as Charge, amplified up to 2x at 20% accumulated Funding. Charge caps at 100 and pays 0.1 x Charge% of Reactor collateral as Yield per tick.

Final Pump

Spend 2 Closes to close the Reactor with Funding cleared and add Charge% of Reactor collateral as Price Return to another position.
